Nearby Appliances

Electrical appliances can hold electrical charge at night, even if they are turned off. Make sure appliances (for example, a TV), even if they are on the other side of the wall, are turned off and not at your headboard where you sleep. Try to keep 1 meter between your bed and appliances or outlets.
Keep electric alarm clocks away from your bed or consider a non-electric alternative.
Make sure where you or your children sleep is not a smart meter on the other side of the wall. These have very high EMF emissions.

Cell Phone Towers

If you’re moving home then it’s a good idea to check for cell phone towers in the area. Such towers emit strong signals over long distances and can cause unpleasant reactions for some people. If a cell phone tower has been installed close to a home you already live in then consider using Blushield products for protection.

Mobile Phones

Not only are mobile phones constantly emitting EMF radiation, but we also tend to hold them close to our heads. One way to overcome this issue is to use a headset, keeping the phone away from your head. You should also try to avoid keeping your mobile on your bedside table at night.

WiFi Routers

WiFi routers are found in homes throughout the world and emit EMF signals 24/7. While many of us cannot do without the internet, you can still try moving your router further away from you to limit your exposure to the signals they produce. You can also try using a wired internet connection instead, which also means better reliability and faster speeds. Use a low radiation eco-router to measurably reduce electromagnetic radiation.

Spring Mattresses

Some products like spring mattresses can emit EMF frequencies despite not being powered. Instead of generating the signals themselves, the metal coils in the mattress can amplify EMF signals produced by other devices in the vicinity. One solution is to replace spring mattresses with those made from foam or other materials.

Bluetooth

Wireless Bluetooth headphones and speakers emit EMF, similar to your cell phone. Especially the headphones can have a negative impact because they are inside your ear and thus close to your brain. Furthermore, the earphones communicate with each other through a magnetic induction field sent by the brain from one earpiece to the other. Apple warns that you should not hold Airpods and phones too close to your chest if you use a pacemaker, for example.

While talking answering the phone, put your phone on speaker whenever possible or use our Airtube headset. The air tube prevents radiation from getting through to your brain and  help reduce EMF radiation by 99.9%
